Fixed Rate Mortgages

A fixed rate option would a good option to choose if you plan on staying in your home for more than 10 years. Here at MSDFCU we understand everyone's home buying needs and situations are unique. We offer you a choice of 30, 20, 15 or 10-year fixed rate terms. In each of those terms we will also offer you a choice of different rates.

If you choose one of our fixed rate products, your rate will stay the same during the entire length of your mortgage. You will know exactly how much your payments will be from your first payment to your last. This is a great way to help you budget for your expenses!

You can choose a fixed rate whether you are borrowing for a primary residence, a vacation home or if you are refinancing your current home.

We also let you customize your payment options through our servicing company (Midwest Loan Services). As always, there are NO PRE-PAYMENT PENALTIES for any of our mortgages.
