Susan Carr - Senior Mortgage Processor/MLO
If Susan is your processor, she will work with you for the majority of the time. She will review your documentation, preform preliminary underwriting, and work with our underwriters to get your mortgage approved making sure all compliance and mortgage guidelines are followed.

Rebecca Evans Vuk - Underwriter
Rebecca will review all mortgage applications analyzing financial information, credit data and property information to render sound financial decisions when approving your mortgage application.
Elaine Mistichelli - Closing Specialist / Post Closing
Elaine will prepare your mortgage for closing once everything has been approved. She will send you the pertinent information pertaining to your closing and your Closing Disclosure.
Midwest Loan Services - Our Payment Servicing Company
Once your mortgage is closed and in our system, our servicing group, Midwest, will process all of your payment information. You will receive a welcome packet with a choice of payment options that fit your needs. They will monitor your escrow account and make sure everything is paid accurately and on time! When you register with Midwest, you will be able to make payments and see your full mortgage history with just a click of the mouse! Most importantly, your servicing will always stay with us, from your 1st payment to your last!
