If you or your businesses are not already a member of MSDFCU, we may need to have your business added to our Field of Membership by simply completing the red sections of the Field of Membership Request Letter and printing it on your business letterhead. Also, an officer of the company must sign it. You can fax the completed letter to us at 866-785-7807 or mail the completed letter to our Operations Center.
