STEP 1 – Log In - For your first-time login from a desktop or mobile device
- Enter your current username and password
- Agree to the disclosure
- Verify your identity
- Do Not Use DASHES in your SSN
- Format Date of Birth as MM/DD/YYYY
- Receive a temporary passcode
- Create a new password – you can reuse your existing password

STEP 3 – Confirm Your Bill Pay
- Your existing payees, scheduled and recurring payments, and payment history were transferred. Please verify that your payee information and scheduled payments are accurate
- When scheduling payments, you will be presented with the payment Send Date and the Estimated Delivery Date
- The Estimated Delivery Date depends upon the Send Date you select and the method by which the payee receives payments (by check or electronically)
- Electronic payments will be deducted from your account on the Send Date. Funds must be available on the Send Date for the payment to be sent
- Check payments will be mailed to your payee on the Send Date, and the payment will be deducted from your account when the payee cashes or deposits the check
- For security reasons, we were unable to transfer eBill enrollments to the new Bill Pay service
- Please re-enroll your payees in the new service for immediate access to your eBills
