We are aware of an issue with the Mobile app on some android operating systems. (Samsung Galaxy A-series and some other devices, and certain Motorola and LG devices using Android 10, 11, and 12). We have learned that the new Samsung S22 device may also be impacted.
April 8 Update
We are pleased to announce we have begun updating our app that will resolve the reported issues related to recent Android operating system updates.
Android 8 Support and Security Policy Notice Blocking Issues – New Android app builds are in progress. The rollout is expected to begin this week and continue through next week.
Updated Android 21.3 app that will resolve recent issues with:
- Android 8 operating system support
- Blocking security policy notifications
The apps will be released on the Google Play® app store following the receipt of Google approval.

Android 8 Support and Security Policy Notice Blocking Issues
- Please update to the latest version of the operating system -21.3.30 which was pushed out on March 16, 2022.
- If you are blocked and receive a notification stating, “the application has violated security policies and will be shut down,” please check your device for 3rd party file managers. Removing these file managers from the Android device may allow you to resume use of the Android app.
