Contactless Credit and Debit Cards Are Arriving

If you are a Debit or Credit cardholder, you will be receiving a new card in the mail. These new cards are equipped with contactless technology, one of the most effective tools to prevent the spread of card fraud. Whichever card you receive, be sure to ACTIVATE your cards as soon as they arrive.
Contactless Cards Are Here! If you are a Debit or Credit cardholder, you will be receiving a new card in the mail. These new cards are equipped with contactless technology, one of the most effective tools to prevent the spread of card fraud. 

Whichever card you receive, be sure to ACTIVATE your cards as soon as they arrive.

Credit Cards
  • To activate, call the telephone number printed on the label adhered to the front of the card.
  •  Your card has a new expiration date. Be sure to update your payment profile with merchants if you have reoccurring transactions.
  • Your card account number will not change
  • Your current PIN will not change
  • For security purposes, your existing credit card will cease to work after November 15, 2021

Debit Cards
  • Once you receive your card, be sure to activate it right away.
  • Your card has a new expiration date. Be sure to update your payment profile with merchants if you have reoccurring transactions.
  • Your card account number will not change
  • Your PIN will not change
  • Your existing debit card will cease to work after its current expiration date.

How to Tap to Pay
1. LOOK. Check for the Contactless Symbol on the store’s checkout terminal.
2. TAP. When prompted, bring your card or mobile/wearable device within a few inches of the Contactless Symbol on the checkout terminal.
3. GO. Your payment is securely processed in seconds. Once your payment is confirmed, you’re good to go!
