Dear Member:
Within the next several weeks, you will be receiving a new MSDFCU Contactless Visa Debit card. Your new debit card
will come equipped with contactless technology, one of the most effective tools being used to prevent the spread of card fraud.
To ensure that you receive your card, make sure your contact and address information is updated. If it is not, please get in touch with us, or you may not receive your new card.
Your new card will include the magnetic strip and EVM chip you are familiar with, along with the latest contactless technology, giving you three ways to complete your transaction (swipe, dip, or tap) to enhance your purchasing capabilities.
Once you receive your card, be sure to activate it right away.
Your existing debit card will cease to work after its current expiration date.
You may need to update your payment profile with any merchants who automatically bill you
Your card account number will not change
Your PIN will not change
To activate your new MSDFCU card, call the telephone number printed on the label adhered to the front of the card. For security purposes, we suggest destroying your current card after activating your new contactless card.
