In addition to being able to temporarily Lock and Unlock your MSDFCU Cards in the My MSD Cards app, you can now have the same ability to do so from the Online Banking credit card portal. This feature helps prevent unauthorized use in case you misplace your wallet, purse, or phone. Once you locate your item, you can easily turn the card on again.

Login at msdfcu.org and click on your Credit Card to take you to the dashboard. From there, you have two options you can Lock/Unlock from the Account home tab or use the view Transactions screen. To view, this guide with images visit the how-to section of this website.

Locking Card from the Account Home tab

You can lock your credit card using the following steps:

1. Login to Access Point.
2. Click the Account Home tab. 
3. Click the Lock icon. The confirmation screen displays.
4. Click the OK button.  The card is locked and cannot be used. 

   Unlocking Card from the Account Home tab

   You can unlock your credit card using the following steps:

6. Click the Account Home tab. 
7. Click the Unlock icon. The confirmation screen displays.
8. Click the OK button.  The card is unlocked and can be used.

10. Click the Statements & Activity tab. 
11. Select View Transactions from the drop-down menu.  The View Transactions screen displays.
12. Click the Lock icon. The confirmation screen displays.
13. Click the OK button.  The card is locked and cannot be used.

15. Click the Statements & Activity tab. 
16. Select View Transactions from the drop-down menu.  The View Transactions screen displays.
17. Click the Unlock icon. The confirmation screen displays.
18. Click the OK button.  The card is unlocked and can be used.
