MSDFCU is making communication even more efficient with the introduction of eNotices. eNotices are now live for all members who receive eStatements.
MSDFCU is making communication even more efficient with the introduction of eNotices. eNotices are now live for all members who receive eStatements.
What does this mean?
Currently we send notices (letters) to you about your account in the mail in the following situations*
- CD Maturity
- CD Renew
- Excess Reg D
- Late Notice
- Loan Overdraft
- Non-sufficient funds
- Overdraft Notice
- ODP
- Billing
With the implementation of eNotices, you will receive an email informing you that you have an account notice. The email will include instructions on how to securely retrieve your notice through Online Banking. See the sample email listed below. You will no longer receive this information in the mail. The
only way to receive eNotices is to subscribe to eStatements.
If you would like to activate eStatements with eNotices contact the Member Service 215-996-3700 or send a secured email through Online Banking, be sure to select “Customer Service Desk” from the drop-down menu. Or stop into any branch.
When you subscribe to this service, it is important that we have your current email on record. If needed, you can update your email preference by taking the following steps.
- Inside of your Online Banking account, click on the top Account Services tab, next click on Update Contact Information on the lower left side blue menu bar.
- Or, if you prefer us to change it, send us a secure message. Inside of your Online Banking account, click on the top Account Services tab, next click on Messages on the top left side blue menu bar. In the inbox, click
on the green Compose a Message button, be sure to select “Customer Service Desk” from the drop-down menu.
*Note: For security purposes, the Contact Information Change Notice will not become an eNotice. It will continue to be mailed out to the members old and new address.

Dear Member,
This is a friendly reminder a MSDFCU Account Notice is available for viewing online.
To view your notice:
Visit our Web site at www.msdfcu.org
Sign-on to Online Banking.
Click on "Notices" in the left navigation pane.
Click the “Get Notices” link. A new browser page will open to allow you access to your notices online.
The main notice screen first indicates your documents and your unviewed documents.
Click on the “notice” link. Once you click on the link your notice will display.
You will have the option of viewing your notice online or printing your notice.
To stop receiving your notice online, please call (215) 996-3700.
