Today, we are launching a set of short, easy to complete surveys to our membership. These surveys will be sent directly to you via email the day after your transaction. There are four types of surveys you may receive based on the services being utilized. Branch visits, new loan experiences, and new account openings whether completed in branch or online. The surveys consist of 10 questions and can be completed in just a few clicks. We know your time is valuable so if you are unable to complete it right away, we will send you a reminder.
