Making sure your contact information is up-to-date is important for the security of your account.

We are happy to announce a new feature within Online and Mobile Banking that makes it easier than ever to keep current.  Now, you are able to update your contact information instantly in our system. No more phone calls.

Inside of Online Banking click on the “Account Services” tab. On the blue left side menu click on “Update Contact Information.” A new window will launch, and you will be asked for your Member Number, Social Security Number and Date of Birth. Now, you can update your address, phone numbers and email on file. And because we value your security, you will be asked additional Authentication Questions before the change is made.

To make the changes from you MSDFCU Mobile App click on the “more” icon located in the lower right corner of the bottom menu. On the next screen in the “OTHER” section click on “Update Contact Info”
