New Upgraded real time ALERTS and delivery options now available. We have upgraded our ALERTS system, so you can send alerts to your email, texted to you or pushed to your mobile app in Real-Time.

Special Note:  All members who currently use alerts must reset their preferences in the new system to continue to receive notifications.

We have upgraded our ALERTS system, so you can send alerts to your email, texted to you or pushed to your mobile app in Real-Time. Our updated system lets you choose which notifications you receive—so you can focus on what matters most.  You can stay on top of your money 24/7 by monitoring account balances and activity, receiving deposit and withdrawal notifications and choosing security alerts.

We have updated our ALERTS with eight categories to choose from. Select from all or some, you can personalize what works best for you.

  • Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
  • Balance
  • Certificates
  • Loan
  • Transaction
  • Transfer
  • Other

To get the most out of this enhancement go into online banking and make sure your email and mobile phone numbers are up to date, when you set up your alerts. If you want to add a new email address, contact member services at 215-996-3700.

What types of phones does the app support?

Our mobile banking app is available for both iPhone and Android users.

How can I get the app?

iPhone users can download the app through the iOS App Store 
Android users can download the app through the Google Play Store 

What is digital banking?

It’s mobile and online banking. A user’s login information works across devices and platforms, allowing them hassle-free access to their account.

Are there any other requirements for using the app?

Users of our mobile banking app must have an existing digital banking account with MSDFCU. After downloading and launching the app, you will be required to log in with your digital banking account credentials. All account information will be imported automatically from your digital banking account.

How do I enable mobile alerts from my phone?

To access the new mobile alert features, users must download the latest version of our mobile banking app. After logging in to the app, simply select “More” from the main menu and then tap the new “Alerts” tile. From here, users can create a variety of custom alerts based on transaction and account activity.
