Fraudsters are calling members with a spoofed phone number that matches the valid Credit Union number (method called “Caller ID Spoofing”)

Recent Fraud Scheme: Fraudsters are calling members with a spoofed phone number that matches the valid Credit Union number (method called “Caller ID Spoofing”) requesting transaction verification in order to fraudulently obtain sensitive card data such as: card number, PIN and/or CVV. MSDFCU nor Cardholder Security will never request such sensitive information. If you have any security concerns, please call us directly at 215-996-3700. If after regular business hours please call the number located on the back of your card.
