DEIB Statement
At MSDFCU, our culture and history are focused on creating and upholding a workplace of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We view our differences as a strength and make us who we are today enabling us to provide exceptional member and community service. MSDFCU encourages, promotes, and celebrates a diverse and inclusive workplace allowing our employees to be their true selves achieving personal and professional growth while experiencing a sense of belonging and support. MSDFCU recognizes this journey is vital to the success of our members, staff, and community. To that end, we established a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Council. The DEIB Council is comprised of staff from all levels and Board representation. The Council is responsible for creating and reviewing our DEIB strategy to achieve our goals. This is achieved through many paths such as internal assessments, training, education, professional consultants, and external partnerships.
