To provide our members with access to their accounts, we offer Virtual Branch® Home Banking. Virtual Branch uses an industry standard firewall to secure member data stored on our systems from penetration by unauthorized parties. The firewall serves as a control point to stop invasive data from entering our systems and assuring that only authorized data leaves our systems. We require that you set up your own password when signing on to Virtual Branch. You can help maintain the security of your online banking session by not sharing your password with anyone, by changing your password regularly and by remembering to sign off.

When you send us e-mail containing personal information, we retain the content of the e-mail, your e-mail address and our response in order to handle your request, follow up on suggestions or complaints, or to improve the level of service we provide.
