Avoid Identity Theft by Not Being Caught
Are you savvy
enough to escape the hooks of phishing scams? Which one of these is NOT a
legitimate MSDFCU Web site link or partner link?

Did you choose A? Take a close look. The "m" is actually two
n's with the character spacing tightened up. This is a common
way phishing scams trick people into clicking through to spoofed
sites (sites that look just like the real site, but have malicious
software which captures your personal information) and giving sensitive
information out without you realizing you've been scammed. The best
practice is to type in the Web site name anytime you are giving out
identifying information.

Is Your Bank Credit Card a Chameleon?
Changing Rates? Terms? Fees?
Now is the time to
find out what color your card is. Is it true blue or making your eyes
red? Many rates are now well over 25% APR - even for the best credit
score consumers. Several card companies are now charging annual fees too
from $29 to $99 All this means you'll pay more for the same credit you
had established if you carry a revolving balance.
If your rates are
raising red flags or your terms are changing colors, maybe you should
too. Change
your card to our fixed-rate 9.90% APR* Visa® Platinum.
