Members affected by the new federal regulation will be mailed or e-mailed information regarding their choice to opt-in or opt-out of Courtesy Pay.  By August 15, 2010, all debit cardholders who would like to continue the Courtesy Pay service for their debit card point-of-sale transactions have to let us know their decision to do so.  For more information watch the video or make your choice now.
