How to Become an Affiliate:
A short enrollment process is all that is needed once you decide to form a relationship with Merck Sharp & Dohme Federal Credit Union. To enroll, just complete the Sample Field of Membership letter on your Company Letterhead.

After we receive your request for membership, it will go through a short approval process. Once approved, we will contact you right away to introduce Merck Sharp & Dohme Federal Credit Union to your organization and begin taking applications.
